| Shawn Adams is the owner and operator of Sweet Peas. She is a Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Happiest Baby Educator, and an Independent Certified Instructor for Baby Signs™. She also teaches the postpartum topics of the Preparation for Childbirth series at St. John’s Hospital. Shawn first moved to Jackson in the summer of 1988. She moved to the San Francisco Bay Area for a few years, where she married her husband, Tim, and they returned to the area in the spring of 2006. They now live in Victor, Idaho with their sons, Finnegan and Benjamin. |

Kiki Brickler has always had a keen interest in children, and has worked with many, many young people over the years, including her triplet nephews. Her soothing voice and gentle demeanor soothe any baby with whom she comes in contact and her loving care is evident in every interaction with the babies. She is a very gifted artist, and incorporates her artistic talents into the day-to-day care of children. Kiki has lived in Jackson with her boyfriend, Todd, since 2005. She is the mother of an amazing daughter, Lauren, who is 16. |

Martha Lira is best described as a baby-magnet. The babies absolutely gravitate toward her! Her enthusiasm and skill permeate everybody at Sweet Peas, babies and adults alike. She has been a care giver at other child care facilities in Jackson over the years, and has also worked privately with a great number of Jackson families. Martha has lived in Jackson for 20 years with her husband, Miguel. They have 5 children, Carlos, Tony, Kevin, Norma, and Jennifer. |

Janine McDowall is a former Delta flight attendant, and her organization and ability to multi-task are surely evidence of this. She loves children, and keeps a cool head in the face of stress, again attributes that were honed in her flight attendant days! Janine has lived in Teton Village since 1992 with her husband, Richard, and her 2 children, Isabele and Ian. |

Alicia McShad is our high-schooler EXTRAORDINAIRE, working with us after school during the school year, and almost full time during the summer break. She has done her fair share of babysitting, and worked quite extensively caring for her nieces, Alana and Chloe, while they lived with her. In school, she is involved in the swim team, youth for justice, and computer support and website design. She enjoys playing romantic/bluegrass/classical tunes on her violin, watching the moon and thunderstorms, playing video games, and reading and writing stories and poetry. Alicia lives in Alpine with her parents and younger sister. |
